This week we will be showing you how to install the Trepidation Addon on your Kodi devices. Trepidation is one of the best Kodi addons that has been around for quite a while. HOW TO INSTALL THE TREPIDATION TV ADDON ON KODI
First, you need to allow unknown sources to install third-party add-ons, like Trepidation for Kodi. To do this, you need to quickly change the security settings. But don’t be intimidated, because this doesn’t make your device vulnerable. Trepidation for Kodi is a reliable addon used by thousands of people. That’s exactly what we’re going to change:
#1. Click on the cog icon for the Settings menu on the top left of the Kodi home screen. The Settings icon is located directly below the Kodi logo.
#2. Now click on System Preferences and go to the Add-ons submenu item in the sidebar/left panel.
#3. On the right hand side you should see Unknown Sources with a capital letter next to it.
#4. Slide the switch to the right to enable Unknown sources. Click Yes if you see the following warning (again, no need to worry as Trepidation is safe).

STEP 1: Add source to Kodi
In this part, we need to add the source URL to Kodi to install the desired repository in the next part. Perform the following steps:
#1. Go to the Settings menu by pressing the cog icon in the top left corner of the Kodi home screen.
#2. Now click on the file manager icon in the window that opens.
#3. You will now see a list. Click Add a source in this list. You may have to scroll down if you have already added some resources.
#4. A sub-window with the title Add File Source appears. Click <No> in this window (see image below).
#5. Now enter the URL http://repo.tantrumtv.com/download and click OK.
Message: Enter the source URL exactly as I described. Misprints lead to installation problems and then to many problems.
#6. Now enter a source name in the Enter a name for this media source field. There are no restrictions on the name you can choose. However, it is recommended that you give it a name that you can identify with in the future. We’re gonna need it.
In this tutorial, we will add the source name as ‘TantrumTV’.
Then click on OK.
You have successfully added a resource. Let’s get to the next part.
STEP 2: Install Tantrum TV Memory
We’re now going to install the Tantrum TV repository from the source we just added. Later we will install the Trepidation addon for Kodi via this repository.
#1. Now go back to the Kodi home screen and tap Extras in the left sidebar or the
#2. On the next screen, click the package installer icon. This icon is located in the top left corner of the screen. It looks like the image of an open box. It can also look like a Dropbox icon.
#3. Select the option Install the form zip file.
#4. Another pop-up window will appear. In this window, click TantrumTV (or the name you entered earlier when adding the source).
#5. In the next window, click on the zip file called ‘repository.tantrumtv-1.2.zip’.
Note that the filename may change/update when an updated version of the archive is released. The numbers 1.2.2 in the zip file indicate the current version.
#6. Now wait for the notification of the installation of the Tantrum.TV Repository add-on. It appears in the upper right corner (image below).
You have successfully added the Tantrum TV repository. We will now learn how to install the Trepidation video addon for Kodi using this repository.
STEP 3: Installing the Kodi Trepidation addon
#1. Select the Install from repository option (just above the Install from zip file option).
#2. Now select the Tantrum.TV repository from the list of installed repositories in Kodi.
#3. Select the Video Add-On option
#4. Scroll down and press Flutter.
#5. Click on Install. This button is located at the bottom right of the window.
This will start the installation of the Trepidation addon on Kodi. This process may take 2 to 3 minutes. You can see the download progress on the screen next to Trepidation in the list.
Once the installation is complete, the Trepidation Add-on installed message will appear in the top right corner of the Kodi screen.
This simply means that the Kodi Trepidation addon is installed.
