Aliens: Fireteam is a multiplayer co-op shooter for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This is the first game in the series since 2012’s Aliens: Colonial Marines for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Aliens: Fireteam is a cooperative first person shooter min-game for the PC that will release in September, 2017. The game is a collaboration between Ripstone Games, Sumo Digital and Rebellion.
Aliens: Fireteam is a co-op-focused multiplayer shooter for the Xbox One. In the game, you’ll be able to choose one of the four Alien characters from the Aliens movie franchise (including Ripley, Hudson, Bishop, and Vasquez) and take on the Xenomorphs alongside any of the other six players playing as humans. The game was previously known as Aliens: Colonial Marines, but it’s now getting a new name and a release date of September 6, 2018.
Cold Iron Studios originally delivered Aliens: Fireteam’s release date is scheduled for the summer of 2023, which means the game’s development should be well advanced by now. The game will be released on PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5 and PS4.
The trailer, which you can watch below, shows a team of three Colonial Marines taking out the 20 different types of Xenomorphs promised for the game’s release, and introduces the game’s environment. Despite the lack of claustrophobia, a lot of attention has been paid to the interior.
UPDATE – 23/06/2021
The BestBuy list for console versions of the co-op shooter, spotted by Wario64 on Twitter, now shows 24th place. August as foreigners: Fireteam. Release date. The game will cost $39.99 and is now called Aliens Fireteam Elite. Since this is not an official announcement, it should be taken with a grain of salt.
